THE Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Jone Usamate, says his ministry will continue to play a mediating role in the standoff between Air Terminal Services staff members and its management.

"The ministry recognises the issues between the parties and in an effort to ensure effective resolution, we have been involved in mediating between the parties to ensure that their issues are addressed through good faith dialogue and consultation," he said.

"This has resulted in parties reaching an agreement."
