Woman hit by horse, dies

A WOMAN is dead after a horse ridden by a primary school student hit her early this week.

It is said to be the first such case recorded by police.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed the incident happened at Naruwai Village in Bua.

She said two primary school students were involved and they had been questioned by police over the death of the 67-year-old woman.
