Update: 5:23PM REIGNING Miss Pacific Islands Anne Dunn today traded in her fancy dresses for a black robe as she was admitted to the Bar before Chief Justice Anthony Gates at the High Court in Suva.

She was among the 36 new lawyers from the University of South Pacific's School of Law  who were admitted to the bar today.

An excited yet emotional Ms Dunn described the journey as a roller coaster one and could only wish her father was around to witness her achievement.
