Coastal inundation alerts vital

ALERTS about coastal inundation and storm surges that affect coastal communities are one vital service provided by meteorologists.

The forecasting service provided by national meteorological services will be highlighted during the 4th Pacific Meteorological Council meeting in Honiara, Solomon Islands, next week.
