Rob claims Blac tried strangling him

The latest in the Rob Kardashian-Blac Chyna drama is claims of domestic violence... from both of them.

Chyna previously claimed that Rob got physically violent with her in the past, in response to him claiming she was unfaithful and used him to get back at Tyga. And now, plans to add further claims.

According to TMZ, she's taking him to court on Monday (July 17) to ask a judge to grant a restraining order for domestic violence. She will also put on record an incident several months ago, where she says Rob hit her and knocked her to the ground. Then, when she ran into her bedroom, he alleged broke the door down. She reportedly has photos and video to back up the claim too.

On the flip side, Rob will report an incident in December — on the day Chyna moved out of the house they were sharing — she tried choking him with an iPhone cord and tried hitting him with a metal rod. The source says another person walked in and had to pull Chyna off him. From there, Chyna was enraged and smashed TVs and other items throughout the house, causing $35,000 in damages.

Apparently, Rob has surveillance video documenting the incident as well.

To bolster Rob's case, his lawyers say he has texts from the time Chyna moved out, where she tells a friend that Rob would never hit her.
