Monika Singh
Tuesday, March 21, 2017

A DIVIDEND of $0.02 per share for the year 2017 has been approved by the board members of the Pacific Green Industries (Fiji) Ltd.

Managing director Ravin Chandra said the dividend announcement was based on the sale of shares in its China subsidiary, which was finalised in June 2013.

Mr Chandra said after the sale of the subsidiary in 2013, the management had decided that all income derived from the sale would be distributed to shareholders as dividend over a five-year period.

He said the PGI shares would be quoted Ex-Benefit on March 20, 2017 with the share register closing on April 7 and the dividend to be paid out to the shareholders on April 19, 2017.
