Malake, Naria voters travel by boat to cast vote

Update: 12:52PM MALAKE Villagers and a few Naria residents on mainland Viti Levu boarded boats early this morning to cast their votes at the islands community hall.

The pre-polling station is one of eight activated today in the province of Ra.

Naria resident Kamlesh Chand is one of a few individuals who is not from Malake but is assigned to the community hall.

He says his wife Satya Wati is due to vote at Naria Bhartiya School which is much closer to their home.
