FEA buys emergency diesel power plants

Update: 12:40PM DIESEL power plants have been purchased by Fiji Electricity Authority for emergency back-up during this dry season.

FEA chairman Nizam-ud-Dean  says this is making sure that economic activities in the country is not harmed in any way.

"If the situation persists in any moment then we will bring these power plants into effect to make sure that we reach the rainy season which starts in November," he said.
