Special administrator's plea date set

Update: 11:15AM A PLEA date has been set for Lautoka, Ba and Tavua Town Council special administrator Praveen Bala.

Appearing at the Lautoka Magistrates Court this morning, Mr Bala's lawyer Shalen Krishna asked the court that a date for a plea be set for September 30.

In court today, Mr Krishna said more disclosures would be submitted in due course.

Mr Bala is charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
