Unionist to contest September election

Update: 4:09PM TRADE unionist Daniel Urai has announced his resignation from the Fiji Hotel Workers Union to contest the September 17 general election on a Peoples Democratic Party ticket.

The partys last batch of candidates is expected to be announced by the end of this week.

Urai said he would continue serving the union in whatever capacity he could.
