BOG set for grand opening

THE 2014 Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants is set for grand start with some top games set to take place on the opening day of the tournament.

Labasa and Rewa from Group B will kick-start the tournament at 1pm on Friday, August 22 at Ba's Govind Park.

Defending champions Ba will play Nadi in the final match of day one at 7.30pm.

In Group A matches, Suva faces Nadroga at 3pm followed by Navua versus Lautoka match at 5.30pm.

The first round of the tournament will be played in Ba followed by the semi-finals and final at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.


Friday (August 22) - 10.30am U16 Boys, 11.45 U16 Boys, 1pm Labasa-Rewa, 3 Suva-Nadroga, 5 Official Opening, 5.30pm Navua-Lautoka, 7.30 Ba-Nadi; Saturday - 10.30am U16 Boys, 11.45 U16 Boys, 1pm Navua-Suva, 3 Lautoka-Nadroga, 5 Nadi-Labasa, 7 Ba-Rewa; Sunday - 8.30am U16 Boys, 9.45 U16 Boys, 11 Navua-Nadroga, 1pm Nadi-Rewa, 3 Lautoka-Suva, 5 Ba-Labasa
