Shayal Devi
Wednesday, August 13, 2014

LAUTOKA, Ba and Tavua special administrator Praveen Bala's court case has been adjourned to October 20.

Mr Bala appeared at the Lautoka Magistrates Court yesterday but the unavailability of the magistrate prompted the case to be adjourned.

He is facing one count of dangerous driving occasioning death after he allegedly hit a 48-year-old man at Teidamu near Lautoka in November last year.

He appeared before Lautoka Magistrates Court magistrate Peni Dalituicama on November 14 and was bailed for the sum of $1500.
