USP organises economy update

Update: 1:21PM THE 2014 Fiji Economy Update organised by University of the South Pacifics School of Economics will be held at Tanoa Waterfront Hotel this Friday beginning at 8am.

School head Professor Satya Paul said the Fiji Economy Update was an event organised by USP to bring together research output on various aspects on the Fiji economy.

This is in an attempt to assist policy-makers to make informed policy decisions, he said.

Speakers from Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority, Fiji Bureau of Statistics, Fiji Chamber of Commerce and Fiji Bank and Finance Sector Association will be present during the day-long event.
