China Red Cross donates $300,000 humanitarian goods

Update: 1:15PM AMBASSADOR of China Huang Yong this morning handed more than $300,000 worth of humanitarian goods to the Fiji Red Cross Society.

The goods were from the Red Cross Society of China which included inflatable boats, chainsaws, tents, life jackets, generators, office equipment and helmets.

 Fiji Red Cross Society director general Filipe Nainoca said the assistance will help elevate their services to the public during disasters..
