Child care services

A pre-school teacher hopes to cater to the needs of working class parents through the establishment of a day care and pre-school centre.

Shaped out of a single-storey residential space and yet to be officially opened, the striking colours of the Lil Champs Pre School and Daycare make it hard to miss along the Queens Rd in Namaka, Nadi.

Director Shabreen Ali said she moved to Nadi 10 years ago and immediately noticed the difficulty that many working parents faced in accessing child care services.

"I thought to do something new for my community, especially working parents," she said.
