Korovuto fun run/Roy Ravana Jr

Memorial Race

THE Jet Runners Club organised Korovuto Fun Run/Roy Ravana Jr Memorial Race will be held on July 26 at the Korovuto College in Nadi. Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female runners in the open, veteran, secondary school and primary school categories. Other prizes will be up for grabs. Entry fee is $3 for open and veteran runners, $2 for secondary school runners and $1 for primary school runners. Contact club president Abhinesh Kumar on 9402188 for more information.

Naqali 7s

THE Fiji Bitter Naqali 7s tournament will be held at the Naqali District School ground on August 29-30. The first 32 teams with a registration fee of $300 will be accommodated. Winner takes $3000 while runner-up gets $1500. There will be prizes for plate, bowl and losing semi-finalists. Our Lady of Assumption Parish

THE tournament will be held on August 15 and 16. 32 teams will be accommodated in the 7s tournament with registration fee of $200. Cup winner $2000, runner-up $1000, plate winner $500, plate runner-up $250, bowl winner $300 and runner-up $150. Netball — In open women's grade, 24 teams will be accommodated with registration fee of $100. Winner get $600 while runner-up $300. Veteran Women's Grade (35 Years Above) — six teams with $100 registration fee. Winner — $400, Runner up — $200. Mixed grade (5 Men and 2 Women) — 8 teams, registration fee $100. THE Rewa Delta Uprising 7s tournament will be held in Nausori on August 29 and 30. Winner will receive $1500, runner-up $700. Consolation prizes for losing semi-finalists, Plate and bowl category. Only first 32 teams will be accommodated. Registration is $170 and closes on August 22. Also eight teams will be accommodated in the U20 competition. Entry fee is $100 and winner will get $600.
