Facelift for bus stand

Repeka Nasiko
Tuesday, July 22, 2014

THE Lautoka City bus stand will get a much needed facelift, ushering in a much cleaner and easier travelling experience for the public.

Lautoka City Council special administrator Praveen Bala said the new upgrade would be user-friendly.

"While we are doing all of the upgrading and improvements for other facilities, it is also important that we look after our bus stand and we are doing that by providing a concrete pavement for the whole of the bus stand," he said.

Mr Bala added this would address the issue of dust at the bus stand.
