NFP names more provisional candidates

Update: 4:07PM THE National Federation Party has announced the names of four other provisional candidates to contest under their banner in the September general election.

The names were announced by party leader Professor Biman Prasad at the party's headquarters at Tamavua in Suva today.

The provisional candidates are: Amrit Nath, retired civil servant; Rishi Ram, general secretary of the Fiji Taxi Union; Inia Tamani, retired senior civil servant;and Dr Sunil Kumar, former USP academic.

The party will release it manifesto in Suva at 5.30pm today.
