Update: 5:03PM THE Land Transport Authority hosted a two-day workshop for its enforcement officers to upgrade their skills and broaden their knowledge on customer services.

Spokesman Iliesa Sokia said 40 officers around the country were part of the workshop and corporate bodies were invited to talk to them about the importance of customer services.

This followed numerous complaints from members of the public on how LTA enforcement officers deal with them.
