Update: 11:47AM SEVENTEEN Westpac Fiji staff members recently completed a six-week speech craft session hosted by the Capital Toastmasters Club in Suva.

The sessions demonstrated the ability to speak and deliver ideas concisely and in public.

Westpac Fiji corporate banking business analyst Tagi Albert said growth lay outside people's comfort zone.

"These sessions provided us an opportunity to be creative and showcase some hidden talents," she said.

Another participant, business banking relationship officer Deepak Prasad said the evaluators gave constructive feedback on the impromptu speeches, which enhanced one's public speaking skills.
