FRA upgrades key route to mills

Update: 3:52PM A KEY transport route for sugar cane farmers in Rakiraki has been upgraded by the Fiji Roads Authority.

FRA capital works manager Ian Hunter confirmed the 500meter bypass running towards the Penang Sugar Mill has been cleared and sealed.

He said the authority was pleased to have been able to complete this as sugar cane crushing season began.
