Archbishop blesses children's Holy Communion

Update: 2:30PM CHILDREN below the ages of eleven received their first Holy Communion at a mass at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Suva today.

About 27 children were part of this joyful and memorable occasion that marks a new beginning in their spiritual life.

Head of the Catholic Church in Fiji Archbishop Peter Loy Chong reminded them of the significance of this day, at the same time reminded their parents on the important role they played in the development of the faith of their children.
