Naiorosui retires, Prasad is acting CEO

Update: 3:40PM HOUSING Authority has bid farewell to its long-serving CEO Alipate Naiorosui who retired from his position this week.

Mr Naiorosui served the organisation for 21 years, 11 of which had been at the helm as CEO.

He joined the authority as a cadet in 1994 before being promoted to manager finance and later general manger finance and administration.

"The organisation is on a strong footing now with the new direction focusing on land and housing development," Mr Naiorosui said in a statement.

The authoritys general manager lending Jagdish Prasad will take on the acting CEO position until a new appointment is announced.
