Minister commends 149 police recruits

Update: 1:51PM MORE than 140 police recruits will join the Fiji Police Force after their passing out parade today at Nasova in Suva.

Minister for Defence Joketani Cokanisiga told the recruits that today marked the culmination of the six months of intensive training in both classroom and outdoor activities for the 149 recruits on parade.

This morning, you have demonstrated your physical smartness and talent in passing through the intensely competitive recruitment process and gruelling training programme, whilst the spirited parade shows your pride in joining the Fiji Police Force, he said.
