Saturday, June 14, 2014

Update: 12:40PM THE Immigration Department this morning announced that they will be sending a four-person team to Australia on Monday to meet with Fijian nationals living there who want Fijian passport renewals, new passports or dual citizenship to Fiji.

In announcing the decision this morning, Immigration Department director Nemani Vuniwaqa says this is the first time the department has done something like this.

Mr Vuniwaqa says this exercise will work well with the Elections Office's overseas registration programs, which is also sending a team to Australia, but for registration purposes.
