Vodafone CEO retires, Lal to take over

Update: 11:20AM VODAFONE Fiji's outgoing managing director Aslam Khan will officially retire from his position at the end of this month.

In a statement today, Vodafone Fiji Limited board chairman Ajith Kodagoda said Mr Khan held the position since the inception of the company 20 years ago.

The board also announced the appointment of Pradeep Lal as the next CEO.

Mr Lal is the company's chief operating officer and has been with the company for more than 10 years.

He will officially resume the position as company CEO from July 1.
