DEFENDING Theodore Trophy champions Nadi will finalise its team for this year's competition tomorrow.

Nadi won the prized golf trophy from Ba last year preventing them from making it three years in a row.

National elite squad members Anuresh Chandra, Roneel Prakash, Abid Hussain, Barroon Hussain and Zoheer Ahmed are expected to spearhead Nadi's campaign.

They will hold the advantage at the one-day event as hosts.

Nadi Airport Golf Club president Munesh Prasad said the team would be named after the weekly Saturday competition.

Prasad said the selectors would face a tough time to pick the best players.

"The members have been performing well in the weekly competitions," he said.

"The national elite squad players will strengthen the team."

Vatukoula, Lautoka, Natadola and Denarau will be the other clubs that will participate in the Theodore Trophy challenge on June 29.
