Fiji FA assists Navua

THE Fiji Football Association has appointed Bimal Prasad as the interim administrator of the Navua Football Association.

Fiji FA competitions manager Amitesh Pal said the Navua football officials were not managing the district properly and so they had to intervene.

"Bimal Prasad has been appointed as the interim administrator and it is his job now to put Navua football's affairs in order and call for an annual general meeting," he said.

"Navua Football's administration was not in order and Fiji FA had to do something about it."

Pal said the annual general meeting should be called for and conducted as soon as possible.
