Students, teachers treat senior citizens to lunch

Update: 4:35PM NAUSORI High School students today took a different step in celebrating World Elderly Abuse Awareness Day.

About 10 senior citizens from the Vuci South community were hosted to a special lunch by students and teachers to celebrate the important occasion.

School principal Pravin Chand said this was the first of its kind for the school and they hoped to send a message across to the communities on the importance of respecting the senior citizens of our community.
