Campaign targets sore throat

Update: 12:57PM THE national rheumatic heart disease (RHD) awareness week was launched in Suva this morning.

The A sore throat can kill you campaign will encompass a week-long advertising drive across all television, radio and social media networks.

This, according to Rotary Club Suva president Andrew Hughes, will provide the public with information on RHD, its preventions and treatment.

Primary and secondary schools will be involved in the campaign with information packs prepared by the Rotary Club Suva.
