Dream to create

BLENDING natural colours is what makes emerging designers Randeep Narayan and Rachna Kumar's design stand out.

With their Rachran label and 10 designs showcased at last night's Fiji Fashion Week show, the two designers were inspired and motivated to continue with their dream of creating more elegant design pieces.

Mr Narayan said being from the West and being part of the fashion show was an accomplishment on its own and to be able to feature as an emerging designer for the first time was a dream come true for the duo.

"We're excited to showcase our 10 designs at the show and we hope people will enjoy what they see especially since we put in a lot of effort and time to come up with the elegant designs," Mr Narayan said.

"One of the challenges we faced in creating the designs was on fitting and creating casual wear that is fashionable."
