Update: 1:10PM THE State prosecution was told to make preparation for a trial in absentia as an accused didn't turn up to court.

Accused Tomasi Babaga didn't turn up to court and the State prosecution made an application for a bench warrant.

The court was informed that the accused had not appeared on the last date either.

Justice Salesi Temo extended the bench warrant and said that running away from the court will not solve the problem.
