Teachers leave for Tuvalu

Update: 12:00PM NINE retired teachers were farewelled this morning by Public Service Commission permanent secretary Parmesh Chand.

The teachers would be leaving for a two-year assignment in Tuvalu.

Mr Chand confirmed that 26 volunteers from Fiji were already serving in other parts of the region under the Fiji Volunteer Service.
