DIGICEL Fiji say they have a team in Suva to implement their electronic ticketing system.

Digicel commercial director Andrew Skelton said they had also been working closely with government's e-ticketing department to make sure they met all the criteria for the e-ticketing system.

"As always, we commend the government on bringing cutting-edge technology like this to Fiji.

"We would like to thank government for allowing us to be part of this 'game changing' initiative," Mr Skelton said.

He said Digicel had a Mikroelectroika team in Suva to ensure their compliance.

"Mikroelectroika team that is currently in Suva is currently implementing the solution across all of our contracted bus operators."
