Quality education

ACCESS to be better and quality education will now be seen at Nabua Primary School following a huge grant given by the Access to Quality Education Program (AQEP) earlier this week.

The Australian AID-funded organisation granted a total of $20,310 for a 12-month period from July 2013 to June 2014.

Former Nabua Primary School headteacher Semi Vela who started the initiative said education at the Nabua-based school would be bigger and better, with such assistance.

"Such assistance is going to benefit these students many of whom are from settlements and housing estates in Nabua and the surrounding areas," Mr Vela said.
