Schools open for classes

Update: 10:23AM ALL schools are open for classes today, says the Ministry of Education.

Education deputy secretary Basundra Kumar said they had yet to receive any report of a school that had been closed as a result of the adverse weather.

She advised parents to monitor the weather conditions and listen as well to radio for updates.
