THE DHL Global Forwarding Seniors Golf Day will be played at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course greens on May 25 over 18 holes. THE YMCA Hapkido School under the able leadership of Jare Lalakai — 5th Degree Black Belt — is inviting all interested individuals above the age of 15 to the weekly class/training at the YMCA hall, Suva. Business House

THE Fiji Sports Council Business House hockey competition will be held at the National Hockey Centre from May 30. First 16 teams to register with registration fees of $250 by May 26 will be considered for the competition. The bylaws of the competition will be noted on the registration form. Fiji Netball Umpires Workshop

There will be an Umpires Workshop conducted at the FASANOC House boardroom in Suva on May 23 and 24 from 8am to 8pm (Day 1), 8am to 6pm (Day 2). The workshop program outlines general protocols, video sessions, application of rules, evaluations and analysis, and also games officiating. The workshop will be conducted by the NZ Umpire Development Manager together with a NZ Umpire Development Group Coach. The workshop will include traveling to games venue on both days. Kadavu (Lautoka)

TRAINING for the Kadavu (Lautoka) will be held at Lautoka Ahmadiyya Primary School ground from 5pm daily. Interested players who wish to join the club are requested to contact Jiu on 8411526, 7285318.


THE Tako Lavo netball tournament will be held at Vatureba Park on May 24 from 9am. Registration fee is $100 per team for the season. Winner gets $500 and runner up gets $200. Losing semi-finalists get $75 each. Teams are to assemble by 8.30am. Best Dressed Team and Best player will get a Tako Lavo Shield. We will also be selecting Navosa A, Navosa B, and two U21 teams for the National Championship. Kumar Shield Challenge will be held on the same day between Waikatakata and Parkers. Other teams interested are welcome to attend and we need your support in rugby and netball.

Wairiki (Bua)

THE Wairiki Logging Ltd-sponsored tournament will be held at Wairiki Village ground in Bua on June 27. All interested teams are to contact 9721713 or 8381176 or 9216840 or 7548091 for more details. The first 8 teams to pay their $80 registration fees will be allowed to participate.


Flying Fijians

THE following players are requested to attend a two-day mini camp:

Bill Veikoso, Manasa Saulo, Sete Samoca, Rupeni Nasiga, Nemani Nagusa, Jonetani Ralulu, Samisoni Viriviri, Henry Seniloli, Emori Waqa, Leroy Atalifo

You are required to be at the Fiji Rugby Union House at 8am on Wednesday and are to bring in the usual training gear and two days camping casual wear and formal wear sulu and bula shirt, sandals for formal wear.

SCW 7s

THE SCW 7s tournament will be held at Suva Grammar School grounds on May 24. Entry fee is $150. Only 15 teams will be accommodated. Winner will get $1000. Also an under-19 tournament with fee of $100 for first 12 teams. Valid ID photo and certified birth certificate required. FSSRU ID will be accepted. Winner gets $500. Contact 9000279.

Wairiki 7s

THE Wairiki Logging Limited 7s tournament will be held on June 27 and 28 at the Wairiki (Bua) Village grounds. Entry fee is $200 and prizemoney is $2000. Prizes also for plate and bowl winners.
