North celebrate oral health event

Update: 1:44PM MORE than 200 people converged on Savusavu foreshore this morning to mark the National Oral Health celebrations.

Chief guest and Acting Commissioner Northern Alipate Bolalevu encouraged people, especially students to make it their business to brush their teeth daily.

The theme for the celebration is 'Your Smile Matters'.

The event also featured quiz competitions, entertainment, healthy food display and distribution of toothpastes by Makans Drugs Store.
