Update: 3:32PM THERE are plans to develop four rural growth centres in the Western Division.

Commissioner Western Commander Joeli Cawaki said the rural growth centres would be similar to a small town with its own post office and residential lots.

"There will be a government station, a school and also a residential and commercial area and sports facilities for Navosa," he said.

The same will be done in Bukuya, Nadarivatu, Waimecia and Namarai.
