Thursday, May 15, 2014

Update: 2:02PM A SATELLITE town in the Navosa region will be the hub of commercial and agricultural activity once it is established, says Commissioner Western Commander Joeli Cawaki.

Cmdr Cawaki said the town would be developed at Navatumali.

"Navatumali in Keiyasi is currently a government station. Government plants to develop it further and turn it into a mini town," he said.

He said the plan was to prevent marijuana cultivation in the region and to provide an alternative source of income for the people of Navosa.
