THE Suva Women's Football Association will be organising the final round of the Try Out Game this Saturday at the USP ground from 9am-12noon. THE DHL Global Forwarding Seniors Golf Day will be played at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course on May 25 over 18 holes. THE YMCA Hapkido School under the able leadership of Jare Lalakai — 5th Degree Black Belt — is inviting all interested individuals above the age of 15 to the weekly class/training at the YMCA hall, Suva. THE Lautoka Netball Association opening knockout will be held on Saturday at the Lautoka Multi-purpose Courts starting at 9am. THE following Fiji Gold Nasinu Netball Association weekly club competition will be held on Friday at the National Netball Centre: 5.30pm C1 Southern Police-Raiona (Premier), C2 Riki Falcon-Nawavatu (Senior A), C3 Covenant Sisters III-Lagio Red (Senior B), C4 Honey Beez-Wananavu Netters (Senior B); 6.15 C1 Grasshoppers I-Covenant Sisters I (Premier), C2 Covenant Sisters II-Southern Cross (Senior A), C3 Swifty Ty II-Vinco Netters (Senior B), C4 Westfield-United Stars (Senior A); 7pm C1 ACSOG-Tailevu (Premier), C2 Creed-Grasshoppers II (Senior A). Duty Officials: Naina Nagatalevu, Emily Naqali and Litia Rabitu. All Umpires and Bench Officials are requested to be at Netball Centre by 5pm.


THE Tako Lavo netball tournament will be held at Vatureba Park on May 24 from 9am. Registration fee is $100 per team for the season. Winner gets $500 and runner up gets $200. Losing semi-finalists get $75 each. Teams are to assemble by 8.30am. Best Dressed Team and Best player will get a Tako Lavo Shield. We will also be selecting Navosa A, Navosa B, and two U21 teams for the National Championship. Kumar Shield Challenge will be held on the same day between Waikatakata and Parkers. Indo-Fijian 7s

THE Fiji Indo Rugby Union (FIRU) 7s tournament will be held on May 24 in Lautoka. All interested Fiji Indo rugby cubs wishing to participate are invited to register. SCW 7s

THE SCW 7s tournament will be held at Suva Grammar School grounds on May 17. Entry fee is $150. Only 15 teams will be accommodated. Winner will get $1000. Wairiki 7s

THE Wairiki Logging Limited 7s tournament will be held on June 27 and 28 at the Wairiki (Bua) Village grounds. Entry fee is $200 and prizemoney is $2000. Prizes also for plate and bowl winners. Vanuakula 7s

THE Bula FM Vanuakula 7s tournament will be held on June 20 and 21. 32 teams will be accommodated. Entry fee is $300. Winner gets $3000 and runner-up gets $1500. Prizes will also be given out to plate and bowl winners. 12 teams will be accommodated in the U19 competition. Entry fee is $110 and main prize is $500. Prizes will also be given out to plate and bowl winners. 15 teams will be accommodated for the netball competition. Entry fee is $100 and winner gets $700. South Seas

Delai Kadavu (Kinoya)

THE NewWorld Delai Kadavu tournament will be held at Sale's Court in Savai Place, Kinoya, on the June 14. The first 16 men's teams that pay their registration fees of $90 will be allowed to participate. For more information contact Jim on 9259744 or 7236801.


LAUTOKA club games will resume this Saturday May 17 at Nadovu Park. Knock-out fees $20 and court fees $10. Invitations open to new clubs wanting to join the association in the new season. Club tournament has been scheduled for May 30. Registration is $200 with prizemoney $1000 for both men's and women's. The first 20 men's and 16 women's teams will be accommodated.


THE Marist Volleyball Tournament will be held on June 27-28 in Suva. Registration fee is $450 for men's and $300 for women's. Registration closes on June 14. Security Forces

THE Security Forces Volleyball Association club games will be held this Saturday at the Immigration Department car-park courts from 10am. Also a gunu-sede fundraising for the Marist tournament will be held at the same venue from 11am. All welcome and there will also be challenge matches for men and women. The weekly draws for the competition will be done at the courts on Saturday.


THE Digicel Suva Volleyball League will be held this Saturday. Open invitation to clubs from other associations to join this last three week league games. Interested teams to come to the LICI Multi-purpose Courts at 9am this Saturday, also the closing date for new entries. The games will be held at the Multi-purpose court.
