Police await LTA report

Update: 2:35PM POLICE are now waiting for the Land Transport Authority to submit its vehicle examiners report before they can carry out further investigations into a fatal accident at the Suva Bus Stand yesterday.

The accident claimed the lives of a 46-year-old woman and her three-year-old daughter after they were smashed between two buses.

The suspect who is believed to be a Dee Cees bus checker is still in custody as investigations continue.
