IT was a thriller of a night for local fans of Indian TV Star Karan Grover from the much-enjoyed sitcom Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli at the FMF Gymnasium on Friday evening.

Grover and singing sensation Shehnaz Akhtar packed the gymnasium with the crowd asking for the show to go on when the curtains fell.

Tamavua resident Sashi Kanta, 48, said it was worth the $25 she paid to watch the show.

"They were entertaining and I really enjoyed the show from the very start to the end," she said.

Grover told the crowd that he had not expected such a reception and realised why they call Fiji the friendliest place in the world.
