Update: 6:53PM THE Fijians Teachers Association saluted the exceptional leadership over the years in the growth of the association to what it is today.

During the opening of the FTA 80th annual delegates conference in Suva today, FTA president Merewairita Moci thanked the members for their trust and support experienced over their 80 years of existence.

She said the association remained committed in carrying out its primary and secondary roles and the executives know what it expected of them.

We will continue to work hard in delivering the goods despite the current political climate, Mrs Moci said.
