Dawn service marks ANZAC Day

Update: 2:30PM THE Australian and New Zealand High commissions marked ANZAC Day with a dawn service today to remember the brave ANZAC soldiers who paid the ultimate price for freedom in conflict zones around the world.

The dawn service at the Australian High Commissioner's residence was attended by diplomats as well as ex-servicemen and military officers from the armed forces of Fiji, Japan and the United States.

During the service Acting Head of Mission Glen Miles also paid tribute to Fijian soldiers who had made the same sacrifice.
