Suva, Lautoka for Sangam WC

SUVA and Lautoka will feature at the Sangam World Cup which will be held in Auckland, New Zealand in November.

The Allen Jesoni-coached Suva team secured its spot after winning the annual Sangam soccer tournament at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka on Monday. Suva defeated Rifle Range 1-0 in the final. Lautoka as defending champions have an automatic spot at the World Cup.

Fiji has four spots in the event. The two other qualifiers will be named after the meeting of the Sangam executives.
