Application to release Kaisau from St Giles

Update: 4:00PM A MAN who admitted killing two men in their Tamavua home has made an application to be released from the custody of the St Giles Hospital.

Apete Kaisaus lawyer and director Legal Aid Commission Sunil Sharma made the application in the High Court in Suva yesterday.

Mr Kaisau was never convicted of the murders of former Red Cross boss John Scott and Gregory Scrivener on the grounds of insanity.
