Catholic community farewells Brother

Update: 11:41AM BROTHER Jioseva Wara who was laid to rest today, will surely be missed by family, colleagues, the Catholic Church and his Marist Brothers.

Br Wara who was instrumental in the teaching of spiritual knowledge within the Catholic community played an important role in moulding students and people to becoming responsible and committed individuals.

Family, Marist Brothers High School students and friends gathered to pay their last respect at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Suva during his Requiem Mass.

He was born in 1947 and died on April 13 this year.
