Raiwaqa youths walk the way of the cross

Update: 1:00PM CHRISTIANS around the country this morning attended church services to mark Good Friday, commemorating the day Jesus died on the cross at Mount Calvary.

While members of the Tamavua Catholic sector took part in a cross walk, the youths of Raiwaqa Catholic Parish held the Stations of the Cross walking the main streets of Raiwai and Raiwaqa areas.

Stations of the Cross, which is usually held on Good Friday, commemorates the passion and death of Jesus in 14 stations that depict scenes of His crucifixion and death.
