ONE of the country's most sought-after adults only playgrounds has again entered the Luxury Travel Magazine's Hall of Fame.

Likuliku Lagoon Resort gained the prestigious accolade after being listed in the Australian Luxury Travel Magazine's 2014 Gold List Awards for the fifth consecutive year.

Resort properties receive listing after being nominated and voted by readers.

General manager Steve Anstey paid tribute to his team and to the many guests who visited the couples-only tropical escape.

"We are once again so honoured to be recognised by the discerning travelling public in this way," he said.

"It is great that a leading Fiji resort has claimed this award for so many years.

"Thank you to our fabulous staff and of course, to all our valued guests for your wonderful support."

Owner and managing director Tony Whitton said being installed in the hall of fame was a positive for Fiji.

"This is good for the destination," he said.
